Great post Ed -- i know just how you feel. Sometimes we take for granite the things that are readily available and that which doesnt cost. Its funny -- its like asking a 16 yr old - what would you value more -- a car you bought w/ ur hard earned money or a car your parents gave you -- most will say the car they bought w/ their hard earned money. What does that have to do w/ this you ask? Well most times Harry charges FAR less than a pepboys would charge and does a MUCH better job than any certified nissan mechanic would do. But i think we forget that its the little things people appreciate -- like the "hey man -- THANKS" or "that is incredible of you -- i appreciate your hard work!" Sometimes when things dont cost much or anything at all we tend to forget their value. I'll tell you this much -- Harry is a huge value to me -- he's gone out of his way countless times to get me fixed up right, give me advice & instructions, driven to DE to find parts to fix my ride, spent time in cold rainy weather to get me finished, stayed w/ my car for over 14 hours to help make sure everything was fixed properly, kept my car for a full week at his place just to "fine tune" it, let me borrow (ed and I) his Z to drive 45 minutes each way to get a t-belt at the only place in MD that was still open on a saturday, and the list goes on! I know that if i would have gone to a shop, nissan, or someone else the job would have been questionable are best and the rates would have been simply crazy. I seriously appreciate all you've done on my Z and more importantly a good friend when i've been in need -- i hope i can do the same at the very least. This is no kiss ass session -- so no1 who doesnt know these situation better not flame this -- Harry has gone out of his way too many times to help when noone else would and he's saved my ass on several occastion! Thanks Harry, Wagz
